What can I do with my new DVD writer?

This week I bought a DVD multi recorder, And I chnage the old CD writer on my computer, And now my new dvd Burner only burns Cd No DVD. and I don’t get where the problem is. If anybody can tell me what to do will be apprecciated.

I’m having problems with my DVD writer?

I have a Toshiba P35 series computer with a DVD Burner. I can burn DVD’s, but when I try to put them into a DVD player, they don’t play. It only works in expensive DVD players and in my computer. I’m not using copywrited material, only movies and slideshows that I have made myself. How can I get a movie that I made to be put onto a DVD and have it play in a standard DVD player?

there both the same i have many in there
they come from the power box
the ends are white

LG DVD writer problem, pls help?

Hello, I recorded an audio CD 19 song in ( CD-RW or rewritable CD) but I want to erase again but how? Because when I open the Disc E and delete the CD file it says ” you are on the read file” and when I go to nero in “Extras” and I click “erase CD” but the word “ERASE” cannot be click. pls help me. thnx in advance.

My computer is 2/12 years old and it was there when I got it!.. For about 1 year! I even used it!
