DVD Blog

This problem happened out of nowhere. I used to be able to play movies and cd’s without a problem and now I’ve been experiencing “skipping” with every disc i put in. It will play the movie or cd, but it keeps skipping. I just bought a new movie, So it can’t be that my discs are scratched. It will not play right. I’ve used Windows media player, Power dvd, and Winamp. With every player i have the same problem. Wont you help me?

Thanks for no help at all! At least SOMEBODY please answer this question! This is the second time I have asked this question and with still no answers! Surely, there is somebody that knows the answer to this or knows more about this than I do!

Do I need to encode the dvd+r disk, how? Is there a program that I can just pull the movie from the file and click burn and it will put the movie on the dvd?

Ok i have a bunch of kids vedios and old movies i would love to put on a DVD. How would i do this .

I was told there is a machine i can attach to my VCR and that would make the dvd’s but what is this machine called. Someone also told me i can use my Computer to do this .But i dont have a conector in the back for it . and i dont want to put the Movie in my computer to then burn it on a DVD disk. Is there any simple way to do this?

I dont have a camcorder so what do i do?

So confused and i have so many vhs tapes can someone help a lady out here.

I heard Power Director 5 is the #1 rated video editing software and it is very easy to use. I have Windows XP and a DVD writer. I need something easy to use but I want it to look good too. I like to make movies using home pictures and short videos. Thanks for any help you give.

alright so im doing a book report and i decided to make a movie.
i recorded it with a Panasonic Stereo Zoom…i guess thats what it is.
and it wont upload with my usb cord.
i have Windows DVD Maker and Windows Movie Maker.
how do i upload it?! its not working and i really need to edit it on either one of those. please help me:///

I am doing exactly the same as when i do my audio CDs,and they turn out perfect.I download the movie,open it and then burn it off through my burning software.But when i put it in my DVD player it says on screen:THIS TYPE OF DISC CANNOT BE PLAYED ,PLEASE USE ANOTHER.Now is that because thers nothing on the disc,or the player just wont play the disc.Using VERBATIM dvd discs.But i have a load of cheep snide discs with films on and it plays them.Is there another process to burning movies to burning audio?Coz as i say,audio turns out 100%.Any info would be cool.Any joy with explaining step by step how to use vista codec pack too?Got it but dont know what to do.
