i just recorded a dvd on my recorder and when i put it in my computer it didnt work/the files werent on there?

i am using a dvd+r and a panosonic recorder and i hit record for about 15 minutes then i hit stop and it said it finalized the dvd then i took it out and it couldnt detect any files in my laptop…HELP!

   Can your laptop read DVD+R. Some can only read DVD-R.
